Photography and Audio-Visual Recording:

During the Cambridge Libraries Conference we may do the following:

- Take general photographs;
- Record audio output from the event;
- Video record selected event proceedings.

The photographs and video recordings may be used in future Cambridge Libraries Conference materials and by the University of Cambridge for the purpose of promoting its activities. Content may be published on the University’s websites and circulated to other media partners for transmission or broadcast. While booking your tickets, you will have the opportunity to opt out of any photography and/or audio-visual recording during the event.

Will I receive further information before the event?

You will receive automatic e-mail confirmations for the free tickets you have claimed. If you indicate that you would like to be contacted about the pre-conference dinner, then we will do so when that information becomes available.

What are my transport/parking options at the Conference?

Please be advised that car parking will not be available at the event. If you have a blue badge (i.e. disabled parking permit) please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange a space for you. For those driving to the event, we recommend using Park & Ride and/or the U bus service. More information about charges for parking and bus routes can be found at the Park & Ride website.

Cycle parking is available directly outside the Law Faculty building.

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Please email: libcamconf@lib.cam.ac.uk

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It may be helpful to have your ticket available in case there are any queries concerning your registration. You can print out your ticket, or download a copy of the ticket to your mobile device. We look forward to welcoming you to the conference!
